Your Giving at Work

How do we do all this as well as the many others that are not listed? All of these programs are done through individuals who have grown in their relationship with God and to whom God has given a passion to serve. In turn, those individuals have ignited others to give and serve.
And, we cannot forget the missions and outreach programs our connectional (apportionments) dollars support on the local, national and international levels.
How are our apportionment dollars spent?
On the District level, the apportionment dollars support these ministries:
District Expense Fund - $6,746 | | Bethlehem Center - $1,098 |
District Mission Society - $5,490 | | ReachOut Ministry - $1,098 |
Methodist Counseling - $1,126 | | |
The Conference (Western North Carolina) apportionments budget is divided into three areas that support a variety of ministries, education and development initiatives. It is important to know and remember that out of every $1,000 given in offerings, $845 stays in the local church.
